„Големата количина на алкохол ја заменив со пиење вода, се обидуваав да јадам правилно и умерено. Јас не се откажав од крофните, но морам да јадам многу салати и овошја. Наместо газирани пијалаци и преработена храна, претпочитам да изберам чинија полна со зеленчук и протеини – вели Девоте, кој во меѓувреме сакаше да вежба.

2 WEEKS DIFFERENCE‼️🌟 – This was me this Thursday VS left which is when I started my 21 day challenge! 💁🏼‍♀️ I know I’m not wearing same top, and I happen to have makeup on 😂 but it’s a very clear difference! 🙌😍 – People have been telling me I’m looking a bit smaller, and I feel it! The bulk pup 🐶 “fat” melted away quick! And this time around I have more muscles 💪🏻 underneath it 😍 – My legs, my bicep, my back, well everything is popping more then before my bulk! And it feels so good you guys!!! I’m proud I’ve managed to do 17 days now!
